Every year, U.S. News & World Report reviews the latest SUVs to determine which brand has outperformed all others. In the 2023 review, Hyundai emerged as the winner with an overall average rating of 8.44. Specifically, the Hyundai Palisade stands out with a top rating of 8.7, thanks to its updated tech and bolder look. The rankings by U.S. News & World Report are based on several factors, including critics' rating, performance, interior, safety, and quality/reliability. While the safety rating for the current model is still being determined, last year's score is being used to calculate the final score of 8.7 for the Palisade.
Hey Siri…
The Hyundai Palisade boasts several updated tech features, including Keyless Start, satellite radio, and a new 12.3-inch touchscreen. These enhancements contribute to its high rating and provide a more modern and convenient driving experience. The Hyundai Palisade also excelled in the J.D. Power Quality and Reliability standard, receiving a total rating of 84 out of 100.

The 2023 rating is four points higher than the previous year's model and 12 points above the 2021 model. This is a great demonstration of Hyundai's commitment to continually improving the reliability and quality of its vehicles year after year. With its impressive tech enhancements, superior safety features, and smooth driving experience, the Hyundai 2023 Palisade is an excellent choice for anyone in the market for an SUV.

The 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe was Purposely Designed Back to Front with a Surprise
Happy Father’s Day!
Usually when a car is being designed the first step is to start up front in the cockpit of the vehicle where the driver will be, however, a different direction has been taken for the latest model of the Hyundai Santa Fe. The main focus of the design for the Hyundai Santa Fe is the trunk space and making sure that it has as much as possible to offer for the families that will be buying this vehicle.
Echo…Echo…
This focus also changed the outside of the vehicle forcing the design to go into a more boxy look overall so Hyundai could enhance the cargo space available in the final product. This overall design gives everything a more rugged look which is why Hyundai decided to remove its logo from the steering wheel of the vehicle and replace it with Morse code instead. The four dots on the steering wheel in Morse code translate to the letter H, making the brand a bit more discreet going forward.

While the focus may have been the back of the vehicle for the designers, that doesn’t mean that the front didn’t get any love, because there are two displays in the electric version of the car as well as your Morse code H lights up on the steering wheel. The release is right around the corner for the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe so you won’t have to wait much longer when it drops next month at your friendly neighborhood Holler Hyundai.
How will we make it…
Hyundai Mobis HD Lighting Takes Headlights to The Next Level
Hyundai Mobis tech has been advancing into Sci-Fi territory, first with its crab walk technology allowing the vehicle to parallel park without effort, then following it up with a collapsible screen that can remove itself from the driver’s view altogether. The latest piece of technology for the Hyundai Mobis concept vehicle is HD Lighting which provides the ability for projection mapping onto certain objects in front of the vehicle.
Maybe one day my car can project its own Bat signal…
This newest piece of technology allows Hyundai to place certain graphics onto the road such as a sidewalk crossing for pedestrians at night or even bright bold letters saying stop so they don’t get in the driver’s way. Another capability that the headlight tech allows for is not blinding others on the road by recognizing vehicles on the opposite side of the road as well as in front of you and turning off your brights in that specific area. This allows the driver to use their hi-beams without blinding other drivers.
Beats a Lite Brite…
While the HD lighting is very impressive we are still waiting to see if it will come to the U.S. or if it will run into some complications with getting their adaptive headlight technology approved. Thankfully the future seems bright with so many advancements coming out this year Hyundai may get to flying cars sooner than we think. As more information comes out on the Hyundai Mobis your friends at Holler Hyundai will stay on top of it
