The newest 2026 TOP SAFETY PICK+ has arrived!

Picture this: An independent testing lab deliberately targets a midsize SUV with 82% more crash energy than standard tests.

Then, they put a smaller, child-sized crash dummy in the second row to see exactly what happens to the neck and chest during a massive side-impact collision.

Most vehicles would flinch at this type of testing. The 2026 Hyundai Palisade is out to prove something.

Earlier in May, the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) dropped the results of a brutal new batch of crash tests evaluating 16 different popular vehicles under their stricter, newly updated 2026 standards.

When the smoke cleared, the 2026 Hyundai Palisade emerged out of these 16 vehicles as a TOP SAFETY PICK+. Only one other competitor made it. 14 others did not.

Think of the Hyundai Palisade as the “Wemby” of SUVs.

The 2026 Hyundai Palisade to its competitors

If you’ve been watching the NBA Playoffs this year, you may have noticed an absolutely colossal human being with an 8-foot wingspan and a height of over 7 feet 4 inches. That’s Wemby. Short for his surname: Wembanyama.

Anyways back to the Palisade comparison. Just think about it. The Palisade is the largest vehicle sold at Holler Hyundai. And it doesn’t just stop there.

Both Wemby and the 2026 Palisade are:

  • Athletic

  • Powerful

  • Very Long

  • Capable of Scoring 3 Points (or Sitting 3 Rows!)

The Palisade is now in its next-generation of automotive excellence, with a reinforced cabin and upgraded 2nd row safety. You can also get it as a HYBRID!

Meanwhile, Wemby is part of the next generation of basketball excellence who reinforces your interior defense. Wemby breaks the mold of your typical NBA “big man” by being able to be a - wait for it - HYBRID offensive player capable of scoring down low or pulling up from the logo and launching a 3 point shot.

Alright the basketball is out of my system.

All jokes aside, we know Central Florida traffic throws a lot of unpredictable chaos your way, especially I-4 but driving a vehicle engineered like the “Alien” (Wemby’s nickname) is pretty cool.

The Hyundai Palisade continues to be pound for pound one of the BEST SUVs worth spending your hard-earned money on so stop waiting and start driving.

The next game is here and you’re up.

Would You Consider The Palisade for Your Next Vehicle?

Hyundai IONIQ 5 named ‘Best EV Experience’

When a lot of automotive companies talk about electric vehicles, they focus entirely on ridiculous tech specs. They’ll brag about a massive, oversized battery pack or a 0-to-60 time that’s fast enough to give you whiplash.

Or heavens forbid, the EV design looks like something a kindergartener made with Legos. I won’t name names but those companies know who they are.

But let’s be honest: when you’re just trying to navigate to work in the morning or trying to hit Publix on the weekend, you don’t need a spaceship. You just need a car that removes friction from your life.

2026 Best EV Experience: IONIQ 5

That is exactly why the 2026 Hyundai IONIQ 5 just took home a massive new trophy from the car shopping experts at CarGurus.

Launching their inaugural Confidence Awards, designed specifically to highlight vehicles that make life easier for real-world drivers, the IONIQ 5 was the undisputed winner.

If this was the NBA the IONIQ 5 would be the MVP. As the head of consumer insights at CarGurus put it, the Best EV experience is NOT about your fancy numbers on a page, but it IS about a car that does just about everything right, with the driver in mind at all times.

And guess what? The IONIQ 5 is incredibly intuitive, beautifully designed with a retro-futuristic - almost timeless - look that offers a flat floor for maximum legroom and cargo storage. Of course, it won.

Plus, Oh yeah, this thing can also recharge with ultra-fast charging going from 10% to about 80% in just under 20 minutes — talk about practical!

Just come buy one. They’re cool looking.

Do You Think The IONIQ 5 N Deserves The Awards?

Stars, Stripes, and Summer Rides is here

The craziest 24-hour comeback in racing you’ll see!

If you want to know how tough a manufacturer’s engineering really is, stop looking at the glossy brochures and go to the starting grid.

Specifically, look towards the legendary 25-kilometer Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in Germany. It features 170 violent corners, unpredictable mountain weather, and a reputation for breaking cars in half.

It is affectionately known as “The Green Hell”.

Earlier in May, Hyundai N took an immense, high-stakes gamble by entering just a single, solo Elantra N TCR (#830) in the TCR class. No backup cars or potential safety nets.

Just three hours into the 24 hour marathon, disaster struck! Severe mechanical strain forced an unexpected, hour-long pitstop to replace critical parts.

By the time the #830 Elantra N TCR screamed back onto the track, they had plummeted to 4th place. Two FULL laps behind the race leader. In endurance racing, a two-lap deficit is usually a death sentence.

However, during the grueling night shift, Spanish racing driver Mike Azcona pulled off a massive three-hour triple stint on a wet, rain-slicked track covered in oil patches and thick fog.

He pushed the Elantra N TCR to its absolute limits. With less than an hour left on the 24-hour clock, the solo #830 miraculously hunted down P1 and made a brilliant pass to overtake for the race lead and secure Hyundai’s 6th consecutive Nürburgring 24 Hours class victory—finishing a full lap ahead of the 2nd place Volkswagen.

Your daily commute down I-4 might not feature 170 racing corners, but knowing your Hyundai’s engineering was forged and proven in one of the most legendary race tracks in the entire globe makes every drive a whole lot more exciting.
